Return & Refund Policy

At Melt & Munch, every cake is freshly baked and specially prepared with care for your celebration. Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

Order Cancellation

• Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
• Orders already prepared or in the baking/design process cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your cake arrives damaged, incorrect, or different from your confirmed order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos. We will review the issue and provide the best possible solution.

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued in cases where the issue is confirmed from our side.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Custom Cake Orders

Since custom cakes are made specifically according to your selected design, flavor, and requirements, refunds or changes cannot be requested after confirmation of the order.
